E-ticket Ticketing Instructions



To facilitate your purchase of Auto Shanghai 2023 E-ticket in time, and guarantee your smooth visit to Auto Shanghai 2023, you are advised to read carefully this before buying the tickets.

  2. E-ticket Purchase and Use: 

    1). Your mobile phone number is the unique account identification for Auto Shanghai official ticketing mini-apps.  Advanced ticket purchase on real name basis is adopted.  Each mobile phone account is able to purchase a maximum of 10 tickets with a maximum of 5 tickets of the same ticket type.  Each E-ticket is required to bind one visitor’s ID card number to complete real-name registration at the time of purchase.  No same-day tickets will be sold on the site of the venue.

    2). All visitors holding E-tickets are required to complete real-name registration as required to activate E-tickets at least before 18:00 p.m. on the day before the specified admission date.  Real-name registration cannot be performed on the same day of the admission.  Visitors without real-name registration are not admitted.  Once your E-ticket real-name registration is completed, the ticket will not be unbound or passed on.  

    3). Children under 1.3 meter in height or under 6 years old enjoy free entry, and their entry should be accompanied by the adults.  Entry by children without company of adults is not allowed.  Children’s guardians shall sign online <Children’s Safety Commitment> on the site of security checkpoint.  Visitors over 1.3 meter in height and over 6 years old are admitted by the ticket only.  

    4). Visitors are reminded to double-check the visiting date and time of the E-tickets.  E-tickets are not refundable, nor changeable after sale.  

    5). E-tickets purchased from the official channel are stored in Auto Shanghai official WeChat mini-program.  One ticket for one visitor during the entry, and visitors are required to hold their own 2nd-generation ID cards (physical and original document) to go through the access point, or to perform information verification (including but not limited to facial and identity verification) to go through the manual access point.  Please note that the facial information collected onsite is only used for real-time admission facial verification.  

    6). Ticket buyers are reminded to purchase ticket from the ticketing channels appointed by the Organizers and Co-organizers of Auto Shanghai 2023 (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizers and Co-organizers” and beware of fake tickets.  Any e-tickets obtained from ticketing channels other than appointed distributors will not be deemed as entry credentials.  

    7). Visitors who have purchased tickets are not allowed to re-sell the E-tickets illegally.  The Organizers and Co-organizers shall have the rights to dispose of unreasonable ticket transaction or abnormal ticketing account, and to hold relevant persons liable according to laws, as well as to reserve the rights to refuse such ticket-holding visitors to enter the halls.  

    8). The Organizers and Co-organizers shall not be liable for the following: failure to visit the show, delay of visit, additional cost or personal injury and property damage due to events of force majeure or any other causes not attributable to the Organizers and Co-organizers.  

    9). The Organizers and Co-organizers reserve the rights to cancel or alter the service on reasonable grounds without prior notice at any time.  If such cancellation or alteration of service happens, the Organizers and Co-organizers shall provide other optional arrangements on grounds of feasibility.  If such optional arrangements are not feasible or not deemed reasonably acceptable, the Organizers and Co-organizers shall refund the portion of the tickets corresponding to the cancellation or alteration of the service.  The Organizers and Co-organizers are not liable for any additional cost other than the above-said refund.  

    10). Persons who are not properly dressed or bring pets are not allowed to enter.  Please accept security check voluntarily.  Contrabands such as arms & ammunition and restricted knives, selfie sticks, drones, and inflammable & explosive articles such as lighters are not allowed into the halls.  

    11). Please respect the management of the staff onsite.  In case violation of relevant regulations happens onsite, show management shall have the right to request visitors in question to leave the venue.  No smoking in the halls.  

    12). If exhibits, equipment or any materials inside or outside the hall are damaged by visitors during their visit, the Organizers and Co-organizers shall have the right to claim for the value of articles damaged, and shall reserve the right to pursue legal liability.  

    13). To ensure the safety of all the people inside and outside the venue, the Organizers and Co-organizers shall potentially take temporary crowd-control measures during the peak of visitor flow.  If such measures affect your visit to the show, please understand.

    15). Visitors who have obtained E-tickets are deemed to have read carefully the instructions, and have agreed and accepted all the contents in the <Ticketing Instructions>.  

  3. To ensure onsite safety, the Organizers and Co-organizers shall have the right to properly control the supply of the daily tickets according to specific conditions.
  4. The listed E-ticket price is denominated in RMB.  Domestic ticketing is settled in RMB, overseas ticketing via T/T is settled in USD equivalence of ticket fare with conversion based on the exchange rate of the day.
  5. This <Ticketing Instructions> is subject to the final announcement by the Organizers and Co-organizers.  The Organizers and Co-organizers reserve the right of final explanation for this <Ticketing Instructions>in the context of laws and regulations.
